Return Policy: All items carry a 10-day money-back return policy excluding shipping charges. If you would like to return your purchase, please E-mail us for a Return Authorization Number. Furniture-4kids.com does not charge a restocking fee when the item is returned to our warehouse in Seffner Florida. Returns sent back to the manufacturer may result in a restocking fee depending on the manufacturers return policy. The manufacturer's actual restocking fee will be charged on all delivery refusals and cancellations after the item ships. The customer is also responsible for all return freight charges resulting from cancellations or delivery refusals for none damaged items. Special orders, Closeout items, and Overstock Sale items may not be returned or cancelled. When requesting authorization to make returns, please have your billing invoice number available. Materials being returned must be returned in the original packaging. When your return is received your account will be credited by the purchase price less the shipping charges. We recommend insuring items returned since you are responsible for all materials invoiced. All sales to resellers are final and may not be returned.

Order Cancellation: If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us right away so that we can confirm the shipping status. If your order has already shipped, please refer to the Return Policy above. If your order has not shipped, then we may be able to stop the shipping of your items and complete your cancellation.

Damaged Items: All merchandise with obvious damage must be refused at the time of delivery. Failure to refuse delivery may result in loss of claim. Merchandise found to be damaged after delivery must be reported to the shipper immediately and Furniture-4kids.com within 24 hours of delivery. All damage items must be refused and the damage noted on the Bill of Lading for all Motor Freight deliveries. Failure to refuse delivery of the damaged items and /or note damages on the freight bill will result in loss of claim to the customer. We will replace any items damaged during shipping at no additional charge to the customer provided the damaged item is refused and/or the damage is noted on the Freight Bill. Furniture-4Kids.com makes no warranty on products sold. All warranties stated are made by the product manufacturer and are believed to be true and correct. We will assist you in any way possible in case of a warranty dispute with any of our manufacturers or advertisers.

Shipping Charges: Continental U.S. destinations: UPS and FedEx shipping charges will be calculated during the ordering process and can be reviewed before final submission of your order. Orders shipped UPS and FedEx ground usually deliver in 4-7 business days from the date of shipment. If your order does not have shipping charges, please complete the ordering process and submit your order. One of our customer service representatives will promptly contact you with the shipping charges for your approval before processing your order or payment.

Alaska and Hawaii Shipping Charges: Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be quoted prior to shipping. (Normal shipping charges do not apply to AK. and HI.)

Motor Freight Deliveries: Orders shipped by commercial carrier usually deliver in 5-7 business days after shipping and should be sent to a business address when possible. Remember to inspect all items at the time of delivery. The driver must wait for your inspection and signature on the bill of Laden. Failure refuse damaged items or to note damage on the Freight Bill, will result in loss of claim to the customer. International Shipping: We will ship internationally if contacted by phone or e-mail and payment is made in advance by wire transfer. All items must ship to the customer's exporter located in the continuous 48 states. E-mail us a list of the items you would like with your contact information including the delivery address. We will e-mail you a hard copy estimate including shipping charges for your review. We also have the ability to receive your freight from multiple manufactures, palletize it and forward it on to your exporter as one load. Saving you money and missed shipments.

Terms: Purchase Orders are Net 30 days to schools and other authorized institutions. All others must pay at the time of ordering. Because of the great value and quality of the products sold on this site the card owner may be contacted by phone to verify their order.
